There is no limit to the number of scanned items that you can request from us. However, we are only able to process ten items per user per week, which includes any physical books that are being mailed in addition to the scans that are requested. Please keep this in mind when sending large requests at once as it may take awhile to receive all of your items.
Also, be aware that we can only scan you copies of articles and sections of books that we own and that we do not have access to a pdf full text version through one of our databases. Please make sure that the items you are requesting are eligible for us to send to you.
For more information on how to request articles and books please visit our Distance Student Libguide and select the relevant tab. For further help you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions that you have.
